Screenshot Sensei is designed with your privacy in mind. We believe your screenshots and data belong to you, and we do everything we can to keep them safe and secure.
What We Collect
- Saved Images: We access screenshots and saved images from your device only with your permission.
- AI Analysis: Screenshots are temporarily sent to Google’s Gemini AI servers for analysis only when you choose to analyze them.
- App Settings: We store your preferences (like dark mode or filters) locally on your device.
- Authentication (Optional): If you sign in using Apple ID, we store your Apple-provided user ID securely in the Keychain.
What We Don’t Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information.
- We do not track your usage or behavior.
- We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Data Storage
- All images and analysis results are stored locally on your device using Apple’s Core Data framework.
- You can delete your data anytime from within the app.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service only for AI analysis:
- Google Gemini AI: Used to generate summaries and insights from your screenshots. Screenshots are sent securely via encrypted API requests and are not stored by us.
